Hello, I'm new to this SDK.
I'm trying to get a better understanding of the basics before making leaps. I was just reading "simple_decode.cpp" in the tutorials. I see the term "surface" comes out a lot. Did a search on the forum, it seems everyone already knows what they are talking about....
So is it just a wrapper around the actual frame data?

You are basically right, "surface" should be frame buffer but it might be little bit different in different context.
