I'm beginner and I have some basic questions

Please consider I don't know anything... sorry 

I'm Korean student and My laboratory has Stratix4. As you know there is development kit stratix 4 gx edition CD with demo exe file. 

I installed it and I need to see the code of it for studying

the flash and sof files are configuration files. Not HDL coding files. There are some HDL examples available on that disk, and the world wide web has a lot of examples. If you do a simple web search you can find lots of them. If you are at a university you could ask other studens or teachers to point you in the right direction.
