Hello,

I was able to solve this issue.

I followed the steps provided in the README file in the <Quartus installation directory>/nios2eds/bin location.

I reopened quartus and was able to open eclipse.

Thanks for your time and assistance.

I am using Windows 11 Pro.

If you're asking about the Linux version on WSL, I have three installed: 18.04.6 LTS, 20.04.6 LTS and 22.04.4 LTS.

Thank you & Regards
