Problem with reset NIOS

Dear everybody,

I design an external watchdog that activate the resetRequest signal when the NIOS does not respond within a certain time.

When I caused theAVALON bus to crash, the resetReuest signal is active but the NIOS not active resetTaken signal.

If I reboot the NIOS using a reset_n, the NIOS not init.

How I can reset the NIOS?
