hello

I want run program on 2 NIOS core。one NIOS core for application, and the other one for stack。

when I open target configuration, there display two NIOS core and one byte-stream-device。 while according to the standard instruction guide, there should display two byte-stream-device(instance id 0 and instance id 1)。

how can I find the second byte-stream-device? and what the function of the byte-stream-device?

Hi

The view that you are getting looks ok.

You should be selecting the processor instance instead of the Byte stream device.

The byte stream device is the usb blaster that you are using.

To flash the nios you would need to select the instance you would like to flash.

In your case there are instance 0 and instance 1.
