Dear Team,
I received an Arria10 SoC Development Kit, and I booted it using SD card image from https://releases.rocketboards.org/release/2017.10/gsrd/bin/linux-socfpga-gsrd-17.1-a10.tar.gz. From what the device tree indicates, the FrameBuffer II in the gold reference design can be accessed by writing to /dev/fb0. Writing to the FrameBuffer II would write pixel information to the DisplayPort. I tried running "cat /dev/random > /dev/fb0", which if works correctly, should have sent random pixels on my monitor. However, my monitor is not receiving any pixel information from the DisplayPort. Since this is the gold reference design, I'm taking the assumption that the hardware setup is all fine. Am I missing some extra steps here to flush to the DisplayPort? Thanks!Link Copied
