 I need the orcad library symbol of altera cyclone V 5CEFA5U19I7N  Here I found some symbols  altera.com/download/board-layout-test/pcb/pcb-cadence.html  How do I find the others?  thank you

So if I need 5CEFA5U19I7N symbol I have to create it? 

there aren't other ways?

I am also looking for these symbols so I can convert them to Altium. Unfortunately Orcad changed their file format at version 16.3 and I am unable to convert. Is there a way to covert these files to the earlier format?
