Hi,

You can download the OpenCL SDK for Linux from https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/tools/opencl-sdk/choose-download.html.

But please note, 2020 U3 is the last release of the Intel SDK for OpenCL Applications. You can find this information from the release notes https://www.intel.com/content/dam/develop/external/us/en/documents/opencl-sdk-2020-u3-release-notes.pdf, please go to the section 'New in This Release' . Now we recommand users to use Intel oneAPI.  You can refer to this article to download and install the OpenCL Runtime. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/articles/tool/opencl-drivers.html

Thanks.
