Hey guys!
I run my 13900KS system since 12/2022 and it was a good and reliable system. Running the same settings for a long time now without any issues.
Since a few weeks i get BSOD over and over again. Most of the time for CPU demanding "moments". Prime95 BSOD, ... Intel Processor Diagnostics Tool runs fine and the CPU passes all tests until CPULoad-Test = BSOD.
I know there is no replacement for me, because i delid my 13900KS and run direct die cooling with liquid metal. And yes, i did check my cooling solution and also watched and logged the temps. In XMP profile i never get over 84 package temp. Now i run it manual with stock settings, just to be 100% sure. Latest bios, older bios, same issues, did a lot of settings, even undervolting. Stock settings, the CPU package never gets over 78c, so i can say for sure, there is no heat problem on my end. As far as i can tell, there was never ever any over heating going on, for a 13900KS it was pretty cool all the time.
The main BSOD reason is CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT on Windows 11. And yes, id did try Win 10, CentOS and Mint too. As far as i can tell, it is a CPU issue. I even changed / replaced my RAM completely, used only one RAM, changed slots, MemTest86 runs fine btw. - the only thing i did not try yet, is switching Motherboards. Even switched power supply from seasonic to enermax, just to be sure.
My conclusion for now: CPU issue.
Is there anything i overlooked? Anything more to try?
Thanks!

If so, the solution there is basically restricting the cpu Package Power Limit and Core Current Limit. It works for me (chrome still crashes sometimes but apps are way more stable with the setting.)
Hope it helps

Thank you guys!
@KCLam : Did not read all of it yet, but in my case there was not a lot of auto settings going on. Maybe on install for a day or so, don't remember, that exactly but for the majority of time i did run XMP (1) profile but i did set it all in manual mode, because i don't like auto modes, you never know what auto really means (at least i don't). Did read yesterday about some similar issues guys have regarding 13900K and KS.
@Mike_Intel : I got your mail, thanks! I was testing and using XTU already, because i did try real time undervolting without great success. Since two weeks or so i run SVID in fail safe mode, it is a lot more stable but BSDO still happen on heavy CPU loads or if for example to apps start at the same time (sometimes) or just (for me) random events. XTU AVX2 fails. Still crashes in Prime95 (i know unrealistic high load) and Cinebench. All ran fine a month or so ago. After that i did try a lot of settings and double and tribble checked all hardware and software i could.
