I did the Python code test in from the second link and the terminal said I have a very old NPU driver.
It linked me to a driver download site which I downloaded the newest version but, I dont know where and how to install that driver because its just a zip file and not an automatic installer

I managed to solve the problem using advice from ChatGPT
I updated the drivers and did a python code check and now the NPU works (added pciture).
(good moment to tell you that the first code in the overview isnt working properly [even with small modification due to error message, added a picture], the second one does).
