Low benchmark score in Timespy and in Intel ETU. I have a I113700k and in intels ETU it says a score of 4500 is the highest i can reach it to, i recall on timespy a year ago my score was doulble what it is now. Its recoreded in my history so what could be the root of the cause? makes no sense at all. There is a screenshot from a year ago my score from timespy on my cpu was almost double and nothing was different so i dont get it. please help thank you.

Based on the first screenshot the P-cores of your 13700k have been manually tuned to a maximum of 4.2Ghz rather than the normal limit of 5.3Ghz. In addition the E-cores are set to 4.1Ghz rather than 4.2Ghz, although in practice they topped out at 4.0Ghz. Was there a reason for this?

Outside of benchmarks are you seeing any difference in gaming performance with your RTX 4080?

This is why I hate benchmarks BC something isn't right, I just cleaned out my PCIE lane last week with a alcohol pad bc it was only running at pcie .8x4 for who knows how long, my picture was looking horrid so I decided to clean the lanes out, but I'm very ocd with my computer and Clean it every week. But It's not running like it did when I first got it that's for sure something is off and I can't put a finger on it and I believe it to be this, when I run the benchmark my E=cores are cut in half for some reason.
