Cache Allocation Technology

Hello everybody,

I need to know if the CPU of my computer support the Cache Allocation Technology (CAT).

The CPU is a

Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-4100E CPU @ 2.40GHz

Moreover, I was wondering if is there any software/tool that can detect such a technology (and maybe other like Cache Monitoring Technology).
