1. I click DOWNLOAD NOW button:
2. and then I get this:
First, message is misleading and should be more user friendly with better explanation. What can I do with this information? No advice, no tip what this "support ID" means, no url link to proper sources.
I could download this without problems on first fresh start of Windows after install, now it stopped working. Maybe because some updates came or sth. System is new and clean as it can be, only browsers installed and drivers updated by windows update.
Tried cleaning cookies, using many browsers, result is the same.
Now I don't know if this is a server side problem or my configuration problem and should I look deeper or sth.
Forgive me if this is wrong board selected to post. Didn't found obvious one like "Support software problems"
Thanks.

Hi @KrzyKyle
While you are waiting for IDSA, do not forget that the first driver to be installed is the Intel Chipset Software Driver for your computer. This driver should be downloaded and installed manually only, before using IDSA for downloading the other drivers.

This is happening at least since August 5th and on many locations. I tried it on various ISP in my region and also with VPN activated for 3-4 countries.
The error message let us think the issue is on our side, but it's not. It's clearly on Intel side.
I configured about 5 new computers since this issue started and never been able to download it with any new computer.

I am the Project Manager for IDSA. I've escalated this reported error to our internal IT contacts for review; our IDSA team haven't experienced this issue and haven't been able to reproduce the error.
Thank you for your patience and in the meantime, you can always manually download Intel drivers at Download Center.

Hi Monique,
Same result as before (i.e. not working, broken link). Cleared browser cache. Checked in Chrome and Edge.
Thanks

Looks like we have bigger architecture problem here which can't be resolved by standard "maintenance" procedure.
Why not just give people direct link to storage server resource, not some fancy generated url / content blocked by thousands of conditions.
