Coil whine 14900kf

Buenas tengo un problema y es que he actualizado el procesador del 12700 kf al 14900 kf y en este ultimo hace ruido eléctrico (coil whine) a que puede ser debido? Como solucionarlo? La placa base es nueva Aorus elite ddr4 z790 y la fuente de alimentacion 1000w platinum.

It is not the processor that is making the noise.

Whats the problem u think? Power supply or motherboard?

Either one, or some card on the board.   Or, do you have any hdd?

it was the cooler (artic freezer 3 280mm, now i got 420mm works bit better, my old corsair aio dont make noise at all but its old and small ) i think the problem was bigger but aio dont care too much.
