I've been using the Intel i9-13900K processor since December 2022, and since March 2023, I have been experiencing regular blue screen errors and graphics out of memory errors when playing heavy games. These blue screen errors also occur randomly, which initially made me think that the video memory was being overused. However, it has now become clear that the issue is with the processor itself, as confirmed by Intel's announcement.
I raised a complaint with Intel support last week regarding this issue. They informed me that they will first check the CPU and if there is an issue, they will provide a new one. If not, they will return the same processor to me. My concern is, what will happen if I receive the same processor back and the warranty expires after one year? Intel support has mentioned that nothing will be done once the warranty period is over.
I believe Intel should have straight replaced the 2022 models since the 2022 batch has manufacturer issues.

It's great that we are secure for 2 years with the extended warranty. According to Intel's announcement, there were manufacturing issues with the 2022 batch. Since March 2023, I've been experiencing regular crashes, so I raised an RMA. Intel support said they will first check the CPU, and if it's faulty, they will provide a new one. My concern is why not offer a direct replacement option for CPUs from before March 2023 to avoid wasting time? If the issue arises again after 4 months, we will have to go through the RMA process again, which takes 15 to 20 days. My feedback is that customer support should be made easier to reduce the hassle.
