Cpu Peaks 100% usage i5-1335U

When I start my laptop I see that the windows task manager performance graph is at 100% and start to drop to normal, but then it starts to reach 100% again. I have checked Arc Control in the CPU performance section but I never see it reach 100% cpu usage. The consumption information differs a lot between what arc control and task manager give me. These consumption peaks at 100% cause me fps drop, a slight freeze in programs.
when I bought it I didn't have any of these problems but after 2 months of use I started to notice them.
What can I do to solve it?

Hello luis200hr,

Thank you for posting in Intel community Forum.

Before we proceed, let me gather more details about the issue:

  1. Is there a particular application that causes this or the system is in idle?
  2. Did you change any settings or added a program before you start having this issue?
  3. Did you overclock your processor?
  4. Did you check the task manager if there is an app that causing the processor to this this?

If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
