How do I reset a CPU? (Not BIOS)

I have an Intel Core i7 4770, recently I have been experiencing my i-gpu being worse than it was before I undervolted it with Intel XTU. I have tried resetting drivers, softwares and what not, I suppose resetting my cpu can fix my i-gpu.

There is no such thing.

You  can try shutting down and removing the battery and power, or updating your bios, but there is no "cpu reset".
