Normally, you get the Chipset Device Software (a.k.a. INF Update) package from your motherboard (or system) vendor. They have the version of the package that is specific to your chipset.
Hope this helps,

P.S. Once you have the package, I suggest that you install it using the following process:
- If you haven't already, download the Chipset Device Software package, in ZIP file form, to your system.
- Extract the contents of this package to a temporary folder.
- Open a Command or PowerShell Window and make this temporary folder the current folder.
- Run command ".\SetupChipset.exe -overall".
- Reboot.
- Delete temporary folder.

I found the driver, use the device manager to install inf file
Driver.zip contains one particular driver
