I9 12900k power limit throttling after bios update

Hlo my i9 12900k started power limit throttling after bios update have good working next 360 alo, good working msi z790 ace max, good working corsair 1500w power supply in my previous bios if I open xtu and do a cpu stress test everything comes out fine but when I updated my bios and did that same thing my cpu started power limit throttling and when I downgrade bios to old version everything because fine cpu is not power limit throttling then I checked the different in both of the bios then I find out that In old bios pl1 and pl2 are 288w and processor core iccmax is 440a but in new bios pl1 and pl2 is 241 w and processor core iccmax is 280 a I try changing pl1 and pl2 to 288w and test again then my cpu started current/edp limit throttling but then I also changed my processor core icc max to 400a and pl1 and pl2 to 288w then everything become OK and no power limit throttling or edp limit throttling plz give me any solution for this is it ok to run my cpu pl1 and pl2 at 288w and processor core iccmax at 400a or any other solution because if I select intel default it's power limit throttling I don't know why I have checked my cooler it is ok power supply is also ok and motherboard is also ok I checked this same things with my friends PC he also having same problem this is happening with i9 13900k also
