Hi according to the many articles I have read, the C2D E7500 supports SSE4.1, however I have just downloaded the latest Intel CPU ID utility and it states that SSE4 is not a feature of this CPU. The version of Intel CPU ID is 4.50.20120413
However the older version of intel CPU ID 4.32.20110608 says that the CPU does have the SSE4 feature.
Can someone please advise which is correct, and maybe advise someone to fix the latest CPU ID program if it is incorrect.
Thanks.

Will someone make sure the next version of the intel cpu id program (for windows) is corrected?
I just noticed that the cd bootable version is correct, but the Windows version is not.
Many thanks for clearing this up.
