The problem is i cant change the things i want to change in the older version because its grayed out. And the reason why i cant download the newer version is because it says im on an unsupported platform. im on windows 11 i have intel i7 14700k idk what to do my computer has compatibility issues or instability issues and because of that i have bsod everyday. i already checked all the drivers and updated them and downloaded the newest version of my bios using m- flash

Hello, MertoKnight1,
Thank you for posting in our communities.
Please generate an SSU report to help me further analyze your system specifications and configurations. To generate the SSU report, please refer to the article: How to Get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows. Please send us the generated SSU.txt file. Please send me the generated SSU.txt file.
And also, may I know if you have already applied the Intel recommended settings? If yes, and the issue still persists, please let me know so we can proceed with our next steps.
Best regards,

Hello MertoKnight1,
Thank you so much for patiently waiting on my update.
I will need more information on our case in order for me to continue investigating and provide you with the appropriate recommendation; therefore, kindly provide the following information below:
1. What is the XTU version you are trying to install? Is it XTUSetup_7.14.2.14.exe or XTUSetup_10.0.1.18.exe?
2. What is the old XTU version that works fine?
3. What settings are not changeable in the older version?
Please try uninstalling XTU by following our guide on How to Uninstall the Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility (Intel® XTU) and manually install Intel® XTU version 7.14.2.14, as this version supports unlocked Intel® Core™ processors (14th gen) and older.
Best regards,
Carmona A.
