I have a Z790 Hero motherboard (with 14900K) and Asus recently released the new microcode update!
BIOS 2503 Version 2503 2024/08/08
"The new BIOS includes Intel microcode 0x129 and adjusts the factory default settings for the non-K processors, enhancing the stability of Intel Core 13th and 14th gen desktop processors."
Should I update? Does anyone have experience? Is it good and no crashes?

Hello Anonymous,
For the microcode update, 0x12B to be effective, it must be loaded through a BIOS update. Please reach out to your system or motherboard manufacturer for BIOS updates that include the microcode update 0x12B.
Additionally, Intel advises users to follow the recommended Intel Default Settings for their Intel Core 13th and/or 14th Gen desktop processors and to ensure they are using the latest BIOS for their systems.
Best regards,

do not buy it, it is very likely to be damaged quickly, I have already sent it to RMA 2 times, in total I have had 3 processors, one that arrived a week ago and literally lasted 7 days with the respective 0x12B 14900k.
