To dig deeper on the situation you are having, I will be asking you some questions so I can narrow down the resolution I will be providing you:

1. Can you tell me if you are using the Intel Extreme Utility (XTU) for overclocking?
2. Also, what version of XTU are you using?
3. Did you download the XTU from Intel website?
4. Besides on XTU, can you confirm if you can configure those parameters on BIOS?

Additionally, to better understand your system, could you please download and install the System Support Utility (SSU)? This will help me gather your full system information. Please refer to this link for instructions on how to generate the SSU: How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*
