Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-14700K 3.40 GHz

32GB RAM

Windows 11 HOME version 23H2

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER

LG 34 inch ultrawide monitor

Monitor Randomly Turning Black and Fan Speed accelerate to the max. When it happens i can't do anything besides hard shutting down the pc/

Before Shutting down i got those 3 warnings from event viewer:

1.

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Launch permission for the COM Server application with CLSID

Windows.SecurityCenter.WscBrokerManager

 and APPID

Unavailable

to the user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM SID (S-1-5-18) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

3.

The hypervisor did not enable mitigations for side channel vulnerabilities for virtual machines because HyperThreading is enabled. To enable mitigations for virtual machines, disable HyperThreading.

Error

The previous system shutdown at 11:49:16 on ‎02/‎08/‎2024 was unexpected.

Critical

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

Error

Audit events have been dropped by the transport.  0

To make things clear. In every pc crush the Hypervisor warning appeared before and that's why i unchecked the option for virtual threading/machine in the windows features.

Checked the dump files from May and June and attached the possible indicator for system crush.

I attached the Intel Processor test result also. All passed.

The crushed happens randomly no matter whether im playing or browsing the web or write programming code.

Tnx in advance

Tuval

Hello Tuvalzit,

Thank you for sharing complete details of your system and as well as the issue you're experiencing with your monitor randomly turning black and the fan speed accelerating to the maximum. I understand that this problem occurs randomly and requires a hard shutdown to resolve.

Please answer the following questions:

  • What workload do you usually perform whenever you're using your System?
  • When did this issue start to occur?
  • Have you done troubleshooting steps?
  • What is your Power Supply?
  • Have you tried to run the system in Safe Mode to see if the issue persists?
  • Are there any recent changes to your system?
  • Did you overclock your processor?

We look forward for your response!
