Need patches or workaround for Vulnerabilty CVE2023-42772

Hi Team We came to know our Intel® Xeon® Processor E5-4669 v4 also affected with the Vulnerability CVE2023-42772 which you released last month.  As the product Intel® Xeon® Processor E5-4669 v4 is now discontinued, and is End of Interactive Support We need patches or workaround for the Vulnerability CVE2023-42772. We are having almost 30 Dell servers with Intel Xeon E5-4669 v4 processor. Could you please help me on this?

Please contact dell server support team, they are responsible for BIOS firmware updates. Processor is discontinued, but patches are distributes to OEM
