Dear Intel
I am writing to express my concerns about the performance of my recently purchased i7 13700k processor. I have been experiencing significant performance issues, including FPS drops and freezing, while playing games such as Overwatch 2.
These issues have only recently begun to occur, and I am at a loss as to what the cause may be. I have ensured that all of my drivers are up to date and I am using the latest BIOS update (F29 12/22/23). I have also tried reinstalling the games in question. However, the problems persist.
I am quite disappointed with this experience, as I was expecting a much smoother and more responsive gaming experience with this high-end hardware. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide me with a solution.
