Hi,
The Intel Github repo (https://github.com/intel/Intel-Linux-Processor-Microcode-Data-Files) contains MCU releases for processors that support OS loading of MCUs, so it should cover Intel's 12th/13th and 14th gen CPUs.
However, I was unable to find newer Raptor Lake MCUs like 0x125 and 0x129 in this repository. Likewise, my own i9-12900K already reports microcode version 36, while the Github repository contains only version 35 for that processor.
What is Intel's publication strategy/schedule here? Is this Github repository supposed to eventually contain the complete microcode update revision history for all applicable processors? If not, is there such a complete microcode revision history available elsewhere?
Thanks

For all Intel Core 13th/14th Gen desktop processor users: This patch is being distributed via BIOS update and will not be available through operating system updates.
Presumably also applies to 0x125.

Thanks, but that answers only part of my questions, that are not specific to the current 13th/14th gen processor issues.
Is there a comprehensive microcode revision history available that includes all MCUs (regardless if distributed via OS or BIOS-only)?
