Tcase and Tjunction max for Xeon E3-1231 V3?

I'm worried about my system running too hot during long rendering sessions or during my occasional gaming session and whether I should consider other cooling options and upgrading to a more airflow friendly case. My CPU generally hovers around 67-69C during about 85% load and 72-75 under 100% load. I've heard (by way of hearsay) that the max temperature that the cores can handle without temp throttling or shut down is 65C, however, I don't know how much I trust that information.

Thanks for your help,

DS

The Tcase temperature of the LGA2013D processors with TDP of 80W is 73 Celsius degrees.

The technical specification of Intel® Xeon® Processor E3-1200 v3 Product Family is the following. The Tcase information is on page 71.

The current temperature of your processor is high. Please check the current speed of the RAM in the BIOS. The recommended memories are DDR3 and DDR3L 1333/1600 at 1.5V.

The Processor base frequency is 3.4 GHz.

Thanks!

The RAM I have is 1.5v DDR3 1600.

The case is old and fairly confined. I'm buying a new case, better fans, and aftermarket cooler to help keep this puppy cool.
