XTU CPU stress test avx2 failing i7-13700k

Hi there everyone

i am getting errors when i try to run the cpu test with AVX2 using Intel XTU, the test fails within 5 seconds, all of the other stress tests pass with no issues, i have tried changing the svid behaviour to intel fail safe with no luck, everything is stock settings in bios with the exception of xmp

below are the specs of my pc

Motherboard: Asus ROG Z790 Dark Hero (Latest Bios 1202)

Memory: Corsair Dominator Platinum 6600Mhz

Processor: Intel i7 13700K

Storage: 2 x 2TB Samsung 990 Pro, 1 x 4TB Samsung 990 Pro

Power Supply: Be Quiet Dark Power 12, 1200W

Graphics Card: Asus ROG Strix 4070Ti 12GB

Operating System: Win 11 Professional (All updates & latest drivers installed)

i would be grateful for any help or advice
