Lately I have been noticing signifcant performance concerns with minimum usage of PC resources.
CPU/Memory/GPU and disk utilization are at the very minimal usage, however I have been experencing significant delays while using windows11 with activites like browsing, screen refresh, install and unistall programs. With the XTUOCDriverService disabled in the system configuration, everything seems to be working normally.
Attached is the SSU scan report with the above service disabled. Can you please advise?

Hi vcheruk3,
Thank you for posting in the communities!
For us to better understand your concern, can you provide the following details listed below:
- May I know if the system is working fine before?
- What are the changes on the system before you encounter the issue?
- Besides disabling XTUOCDriverService, what other troubleshooting steps you have performed?
Best regards,
Earl E.
