Xeon D-1732TE NAC fused off or not?

Reading through documentation on the Intel Xeon D-1700 product range. Documents talk about the NAC being fused off or not. Not sure if I'm just completely over thinking it or not. The Xeon D-1732TE has support for integrated LAN. Is the same as the NAC? And therefore stating the D-1732TE has the NAC available?
