Just a small point about the help bubble text for Turbo Boost Power Time Window in the Advanced Tuning page:

   The time window over which the average CPU core....

It is not clear whether that means:

   The time window beyond which...

or

   The time window during which...

[pressed_for_time]

It's the time using your example of 80 seconds where the PL1 setting is applied. After the 80 seconds expires, the PL2 setting is applied.
