Mainboard: ASUS TUF B660M-Plus Wi-Fi

CPU: Intel Core 7 13700KF

There is nothing you need to do. The base clock is automatically at 3.4GHz and only boost to levels above this via the Intel Turbo Boost capability of the processor. For more information on the Intel Turbo Boost capability, consult,

If your goal is to disable Intel Turbo Boost, this is normally supported from the motherboard's BIOS Setup utility.

Hope this helps,

If your clock speed idles ok and is not stuck at full speed all the time then I would leave it like it is.

Changing the turbo is pretty easy, just follow a guide or look through the motherboard manual you should have got with your PC.

If it is stuck at full speed all the time then we have the same issue.

Does your cpu run at 5.3ghz all the time ?
