i want to upgrade my pc with as little money as posible so i choose i7 5930k is it good in 2024 or i should choose a newer genaretion i3 prosesor

You need to consult with your motherboard/system manufacturer as to which processors are supported by THEIR bios.  Then, you may be able to select from those.

Well, if you are going to purchase a board, you should be looking at a board that willl support an 8th gen processor or later, which will allow you to run W11.
