i9-14600k high temp

hello guys My issue is as follows when I play gta 5 the cpu goes straight to 100c is it reasonable? and what's more when I download a game from steam the temperatures go from 45 to 78 is this reasonable?
I'm afraid of damaging my system

I9-14600K

RTX 4090 GIGABYTE

AORUS ELITE AX Z790 GIGABYTE

RAM DDR 5 64 GB

COOLING H170I CORSAIR 

SSD 2 TB SAMSUNG M.2
