Is there a device I can use to replace a few Altera EP1800 devices with the same pin out?

Thanks,

Mike

Hi,

There is no pin to pin replacement for  Altera EP1800. You may need to consider to use the latest device.

Hi,
your are asking for a 5V programmable logic device. There are very few devices still available these days, e.g. Atmel/Microchip ATF15 series. ATF1508AS in TQFP100 would fit an SMT adapter board that can be soldered or plugged to EP1800 PLCC68 footprint.

Thanks for that information.

I know this is a tough problem. I'm trying to support older equipment that uses the Altera EP1800.

I'll look into the ATF device.

I appreciate your help!!
