I´m looking for the CRAM upset rate for the following Intel (Altera) cyclone IV FPGA:

Intel p/n EP4CGX110DF27I7

Intel p/n EP4CGX110DF31I7

It seems that this info is not available on Intel´s website and it´s specified to contact directly to Intel to get this info.

Could you help me to confirm the CRAM upset rate of these FPGAs please?

Or well, Could you point me with any FAE from Intel to get this info?

My Name is Reggie Bengel and I am part of the GE Aerospace Sourcing Team. I am working to try and establish an NDA between GE Aerospace and Intel through our internal GE channels but in order to do so I would need a contact name and email address from a member of the Intel team that can review and sign the NDA.  Currently there is no NDA in place and GE is only allowed to use the GE approved form.

According our internal company procedure, GE Aerospace needs to start the NDA process sending to Intel a GE´s Form.

Could you please provide on this forum an Intel contact email that fill out GE´s form?

I feel that we are running in circles here, I only need an Intel contact email to send the GE´s form for the NDA.
