Hi,
At any given point of time, the voltages should not exceed the recommended range. Please refer the datasheet.

What are the voltage thresholds at which a Power-on-Reset will be triggered?

Hi,
Please refer to the following document page: 2.2. Power-On Reset Circuitry
The POR circuitry ensures that the voltages are within the limit specified in the datasheet. So, if any rail goes below the min limit or max limit POR circuitry is triggered.
Hope that helps.

Hi,
don't expect specifications beyond datasheet figures. Minimal specified VCC/VCCA/VCCIO minus a margin for comparator threshold variation is the answer. If you want to know actual POR threshold of your device under test for some reason, perform own measurements.
