Stratix V FPGA Ordering Part Number and Release status

I'm interested in the usage of the Stratix V FPGA mentioned on this page:

FPGA for Military Applications - Intel® FPGA

And while the section for the Stratix V FPGA says it should be available in 2015, I don't see the page having been updated with any part numbers I can inquire further about or order.

What is the current release status of the Stratix V FPGA?

Thank you for the response.

I was also interested in the Cyclone series of FPGA boards you are offering.

Do you have a -55°C minimum junction temperature rated version of your Cyclone FPGAs, similar to how your Stratix products are rated for -55°C?

Or would it be possible to have a version of the Cyclone FPGA developed that does offer -55°C?

Thank you for your time.

Hello,

For your information Cyclone device only have the minimum of junction temperature of -40°. For more information regarding Cyclone device, it can be accessed through the link below.

Do you happen to have another FPGA option that fits the Cyclone Footprint, but is rated for -55°?

I'm looking for something to use in a design that will be able to replace the Cyclone V in in footprint and functionality, but I'm needing it to be rated at -55° for the minimum junction temperature.

Hello,

For your information there is no direct drop in replacement regarding the foot print for Cyclone V that have the junction temperature of -55. The device that has the junction temperature of -55 degrees is Arria 10 GX. Below I will attach the link for the device overview of Arria 10 GX.

Hi Nazrul,

Do you mind directly emailing me for a further conversation regarding some questions I have. I have some things about the Stratix product line I'd like to further discuss with you not on a public forum.

Thanks.
