In the "Memory Replacement Guideline and Advanced Memory Test for DSG Commercial Platform Server BIOS Technical Paper Revision 2.1 May 2023" at this URL:  https://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/server-products/memory-replacement-guideline-and-amt-guide-for-dsg-server-systems.pdf

In section 4.1 on page 9, there is this:

Advanced MemTest Application in the Server BIOS Memory Reference Code https://cdrdv2.intel.com/v1/dl/getContent/566767

However that links throws an error and says to contact support.  How can I obtain the document linked above?

Thanks,

Bill

We have a variety products but because the system is still being installed and brought up and Intel still owns it, I am not permitted to provide details in a public forum.  That being said, if you look in the document you provided above, on page 9 you will see Table 4.1.  It references a document named "Advanced MemTest Application in the Server BIOS Memory Reference Code" and has this link:

https://cdrdv2.intel.com/v1/dl/getContent/566767

When I click that link I get:

Content Download Error

There was a problem downloading the content. Contact RDC Support for help.

Which is what I am trying to do.  I am looking for the document referenced in Table 4.1 on page 9.

Here is what is publicly available: https://www.alcf.anl.gov/aurora

However, I don't understand why it matters or why this is so hard.  What if I just want this for research purposes?  You have a broken link in an Intel document that points to another Intel document.  I just want that second document.

If you can't do that, then you can do whatever the equivalent of closing this discussion is.

Hi Bill -

I just checked; the referenced document is marked Intel Confidential, so it is only available to users who have signed an NDA.

You can request a Premier account at https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/programs/overview.html to get access to NDA and Intel Confidential material. See https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000058073/programs/resource-and-documentation-center.html for an overview of the differences between Standard and Premier.

Hi William,

Greetings for the day!

We appreciate your patience. It's possible that you don't have access to RDC. We have a process in place for customers to sign an NDA in order to gain access to RDC.
