Birch Stream Avenue City CRB

I just received a Birch Stream Avenue City CRB.  I have used the Eagle Stream Archer City (Sapphire Rapids) CRB for DDR5 RDIMM validation.  The serial output from the BIOS is very useful to me when validating a new design.   The serial port on the Eagle Stream is connected using an Cat5 to 9 pin serial adapter.

The Birch Stream CRB did not come with an adapter to a 9 pin male serial connector, so I used the one from the Eagle Stream without any luck.  Can someone tell me how to get the serial output from the BIOS on this platform? I hope the following images may clarify what I am talking about.
