How to setup HPC (High performance computing) Data Center

Invite all to share their suggestions and post the detailed products and facilities needed to set up HPC Center.

If anybody has prior experience in setting up HPC please share it with all.

Setting up an HPC Data Center has at least three major elements that should be considered…will start from easiest (physical design considerations) to most difficult (logical design considerations):

1. DC Facilities

2. Networks

3. Servers/Operating Systems/Application Architecture (with implied impact on Data and Business Architecture)

At the moment, it is not clear what element(s) you are thinking about. Can you please clarify?
