I can not get my netgear push 2 tv adapter to connect between laptop and tv

I can get my Netgear to connect to my tv it gives me the code to putin and then it says it cant connect. Please help

Specifically what assistance are you asking for from the Intel Server community? Would this question be better asked of your laptop manufacturer, Netgear or your TV manufacturer?
