I need your help to build a server configuration for an Apache Web server + DBMS on Debian GNU/Linu

My budget is 4000€ or less for a tower Web server + DBMS (MariaDB).
Here is the Web server config. I need the exact reference of each component of the computer.

Can you help me to finish this configuration, please?

Full tower case: Corsair or Antec
Disks: Samsung xTB NVMe SSD M.2
Monitor: without, KO, unnecessary, because I have already got one
Mouse: without, KO, unnecessary, because I have already got one
Keyboard: without, KO, unnecessary, because I have already got one
OS: Debian GNU/Linux 12.8
Electric Inverter: EATON, APC or other?
