Hi,

The user has an Intel Xeon Phi 7250 KNL machine with CentOS 8 installed and wants to access its BIOS setup. Despite attempting to restart the system and pressing keys like F2 and F10, the BIOS setup doesn't load. I seek guidance on accessing the BIOS and changing memory configurations.

Thanks

Hello Rizwan1,

Good day!

Thank you for sharing the details. Please note this product being discontinued, Intel Customer Service no longer supports inquiries for it, but perhaps fellow community members have the knowledge to jump in and help.

You may also find the Discontinued Products website ( https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/discontinued-products.html ) helpful to address your request.

Thank you for understanding.
