Looking for BIOS code for debugging

Hi Team we are dealing with Module development activities. As a part of our test and improvisation activities we are working on new Module and found few rare corner cases.

This will need us to access the BIOS FW code to put in few debug logs within the system and capture the same for analysis.

We have Avenue City Granite Rapids with the Qual CPU and Archer City with Emerald Rapids Beta CPU

Issues seen:

1. Memory is lost 
2. recording irregular eye widths during trainings

I tried reaching support team but its not reachable.

Please help me here. (NDA is already in place)
