S5520SC Voltage ram too High

Hi,

My system powering off on every Memtest.

On SEL Viewer i see:

Voltage, BB +1,35 P1 MEM (#0x1D)
Voltage, BB +1,35 P2 MEM (#0x1E)

Both sey that voltage going over +1,483870

Wher should i search teh error?

Motherbord broken?

or Ram?

Or Power suply?
