Please describe the issue in more detail. Does your camera have a permanently connected cable, or separate cable? Which DCM versions? etc.

The camera is in good working order.
The problem is restricted to Asmedia USB 3.0, where the DCM install process fails.
Tested with DCM 1.3 / Windows 8.1
Issue might have been fixed for DCM 1.4 / Windows 10
