Unsigned INF chipset software + missing drivers for Windows 7

Hi,

My apologies, I called Intel support on the phone, and they directed me to this forum, but I could not find a specific page that suited my issue best.

Basically, I have an issue with this software product:

When installing on Windows 7 x64 on my system, there are two issues:

a) When installing, it says that the components are not signed by the publisher. Previous INF utility installers did not have this issue.
b) The integrated driver files are present for other platforms, but not Windows 7. I would like the (signed) drivers for Windows 7 for 10.1.17, please.

Note: I am running Windows 7 x64 with the Windows 7 rollup, July 2019 security rollup, .NET 4.8 - and all other updates downloaded from Windows Update.
