why I cannot find mkl_scalapack_core .lib in parallel studio xe 2019 library?

I downloaded parallel studio xe 2019 for my fortran project, then I run i nto an error: "fatalerror LNK1104: cannot open file "mkl_scalapack_core.lib"". I've checked the library folder in my computer but this .lib file does not exist. Can someone tell me where can I find this .lib file? thanks in advance.
